Decide, produce, measure, correct.
No method with a formula name. It is 90 days in three phases and a monthly cycle that repeats. Every step has a deadline and a deliverable you can read in ten minutes.
From first contact to community.
-
01Reachreach · views · profile
Someone who has never heard of you bumps into a piece of content that explains something.
-
02Engagementsaves · shares · retention
They save, share, comment. The algorithm understands it matters and shows it to more people like them.
-
03Considerationclicks · pages · sign-ups
They click, visit the site, look at the offer, sign up for an event. Here attention becomes intent.
-
04Relationshiplist · recurrence · community
They subscribe to the newsletter and start coming back on their own. It is the only audience that doesn't depend on an algorithm.
Content is not the destination. It is the front door.
A process that draws itself.
Scroll to go through the three phases
Foundation · month 1. Immersion, access and an audit of everything that already exists. Out come the editorial architecture, the first calendar and the measurement structure.
Rhythm · month 2. The operation reaches cruising speed: full calendar, production running and the audience starting to grow.
Intelligence · month 3. The first patterns appear: themes that pull, formats that hold, questions that repeat.
Cycle · from then on. The monthly process repeats and improves. Strategy is not a one-off document.
Plan
The month starts before the month. Topics come from what the previous cycle's data showed and from what the brand needs to say now.
- 01 Defining themes
- 02 Research and briefing
- 03 Editorial calendar
Produce
Copy, art and video come out together, already adapted to each channel, because the same idea is not told the same way in a reel and on LinkedIn.
- 04 Copy and art direction
- 05 Video and per-channel adaptation
Validate
You see everything before it goes live. Two rounds of revision are included. It is your response time that keeps the calendar standing.
- 06 Technical validation
- 07 Adjustments
- 08 Final approval
Publish and read
Publishing is the means, not the end. What comes out of here becomes a reading, and the reading becomes next month's calendar. This is where the cycle starts again.
- 09 Publishing
- 10 Monitoring
- 11 Report and optimisation
What keeps
the rhythm standing.
Method is also about agreements. These three avoid ninety per cent of the usual agency friction and are in every contract from day one.
Approval has a deadline
The calendar only holds if validation comes back within the agreed window. Two rounds of revision per piece are already included.
Whoever thinks stays on the account
The same mind that runs the immersion stays in the day-to-day. Freelancers come in for specific production, never for decisions.
Reports don't spin
A metric that doesn't move the business doesn't get in. When the month was bad, the first line says so, and comes with what changes in the next cycle.
Before you ask.
It depends on the track. Paid media gives a signal in three to four weeks, the time it takes to learn from the first tests. Content and brand show a trend within a quarter. SEO and GEO work in months, not weeks. We agree which signal to watch in each window so nobody makes decisions in the dark.
No. Almost nobody starts with everything. The usual path is to enter where the bottleneck is and open up more as the operation can sustain it. If you already have an in-house team on one track, KP takes the others with the same read and aligns everyone on the same ritual. What doesn't work is an isolated track with its own goal that never talks to the rest.
It depends on the market, but below a certain floor the numbers never rise above noise: tests don't get enough volume to conclude anything. In the initial read we say whether the budget supports the plan or whether the first step is something else. Sometimes it is fixing the landing page before buying clicks. Ad spend is always separate and paid directly on the platform.
The strategic setup is a one-off project. Management is monthly, with an initial minimum so the cycle has time to show results, and renews with 30 days' notice. One-off projects (website, campaign, CRM, automations) are closed scopes with a beginning, a middle and an end.
