01 · Services

Six tracks. One single system.

You can hire a single track, and sometimes that is the right call. But they were designed to talk to each other: content feeds search, search feeds the landing page, the landing page feeds the audience, and the audience sustains paid media.

02 · Scope

Six tracks.
What lands in your hands.

01 · track

Strategy and brand

The plan that guides the rest. Without it, production becomes a lottery: lots of pieces going out, none answering a business question.

  • Brand immersion and read of the scenario
  • Audit of channels, website and competitors
  • Editorial pillars and the role of each channel
  • Monthly calendar and topic research
  • GA4, tagging and goals per channel

At the end of the month you getA one-page editorial architecture and the first approved calendar, with measurement already in place.

02 · track

Content and art direction

One asset becomes dozens of pieces. A talk becomes a reel, a carousel, a post, a newsletter and evergreen material, without copy-pasting on autopilot.

  • Copywriting and art direction
  • Reels, carousels, statics and stories
  • Video editing and finishing
  • Adaptation for LinkedIn
  • Scheduling and reuse of the archive

At the end of the month you getAll of the month's content ready and scheduled, adapted to the language of each channel.

03 · track

Paid media

Campaigns tied to the funnel and to the content that already performs organically, not to a hunch about targeting.

  • Meta, Google and TikTok Ads
  • Campaign structure, audiences and creatives
  • Tagging, events and tracking
  • Weekly reading and budget reallocation
  • Report with recommendation (ad spend separate)

At the end of the month you getCampaigns running with tracking set up before launch, and budget reallocated by decision.

04 · track

SEO and GEO

Two front doors today: traditional search and the answer AI gives when someone asks about your market.

  • Technical, content and authority SEO
  • GEO: ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews
  • Content architecture and structured data
  • Evergreen content that answers the real question
  • Monitoring of rankings and mentions

At the end of the month you getGrowing presence in search and mentions inside AI-generated answers, measured month by month.

05 · track

Landing pages and funnel

The point where attention becomes a lead. A page built to convert and, above all, to be measured.

  • Journey and funnel design
  • Landing pages and capture pages
  • Conversion copy and proof
  • CRO and A/B testing
  • CRM and automation integration

At the end of the month you getA landing page live, integrated with the CRM, with the funnel designed and the first test running.

06 · track

Email marketing and audience

The only audience that doesn't depend on an algorithm is the one that already gave you their email. The list is the asset that stays.

  • Recurring newsletter, from topic to send
  • Nurture, event and re-engagement flows
  • Automation and segmentation
  • Organising and growing the list
  • CRM integration

At the end of the month you getA recurring newsletter going out and nurture flows working on their own in the background.

What the audience sees are the pieces.

03 · Formats

How KP joins
the operation.

Four formats, one rule: whoever does the thinking stays on the account. No salesperson in the closing meeting and an intern doing the work.

The foundation: brand immersion, channel audit, editorial architecture, process definition, first calendar and measurement structure: GA4, tagging and Google Business Profile. It is the most common entry point and what lets the monthly operation start already knowing where it is going.

The operation running: strategy, calendar, content production, newsletter, channel adaptations, publishing and optimisation. Volume agreed up front and planned a month ahead, with up to two rounds of revision per piece. It closes with a report and a monthly meeting that ends in a recommendation instead of a dashboard screenshot.

The layer that turns presence into leads and sales: campaigns and funnel, landing pages, SEO and GEO, email marketing and automation. It can start alongside monthly management or later, once the content base already supports the campaign. Ad spend is always separate and paid directly on the platform.

Launch campaign, website, event coverage, CRM implementation, automations and the AI labs: assisted generation of topics, scripts and visual direction. They come in as closed projects, with a beginning, a middle and an end, without inflating the monthly fee.

04 · Deliverables

What actually
lands in your hands.

Every item here is a document or a routine that already runs in the operation. Nothing was written to pad a proposal.

01

Audit and read of the scenario

Channels, profiles, website, search and campaign history reviewed one by one, with priorities already in order of importance.

Delivery · first month
02

Editorial architecture

Pillars, audiences, the role of each channel and a goal per channel. One page only, because a plan nobody reads guides no decision.

Calendar and production

Content planned a month ahead: copy, art, video and per-channel adaptation, with up to two rounds of revision.

Cycle · monthly
04

Newsletter and audience

A recurring edition, from topic to send, with the list organised and the nurture flows running behind it.

Routine · monthly
05
